In a traditional village, Mangale and Malati fall in love and elope despite strong opposition from their families. They build a modest life together and are blessed with two daughters; their home is filled with warmth and laughter, even as they struggle financially. However, their peaceful life is shattered when a misunderstanding in the village sparks rumors and accusations against them. As they face humiliation and intense social pressure, their relationship is tested and their family begins to fall apart.
